About us

Pivotal HR Ltd was established by Andrew Holdaway MCIPD who has extensive experience in change management, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, organisational development, HR systems, Investors in People, competency frameworks, recruitment, retention and attendance.

Andrew graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1994 with a II(i) Social Sciences Degree. His first HR role was working for Sainsbury's Supermarkets where he spent two years in retail HR before working as a Project Manager in the HR Policy Team at Head Office.

After this Andrew moved to Opendoor to set up the Personnel & Training function. Following this Andrew moved to be Human Resources Director for Southside and then Corporate Services Director with Hestia.
